Construction is an important process when forcing appreciation for certain real estate strategies, everywhere from a single family home, to an office, brewery or multifamily complex, the process deserves attention and tedious calculations. Over half a million dollars in project management over various asset types has given me the knowledge and experience that I can bring to my clients.
