  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your real estate needs (and if we'll make a great team)

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. (I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin). Any fees for real estate transactions will be run through the broker (see “Disclosures”)

  • Real Estate is a long term play and one of the most illiquid assets. From a consulting perspective, the timeline is directly related to the scope of the project.

    For brokerage services, engagements are based on your needs. Reach out for a more specific timeline.

  • I am a licensed real estate sales associate under the brokerage office of Coastal Connection Realty '“the broker”. All real estate brokerage related transactions where title of real property, or licenses and interests of businesses, changes hands will be run through the broker, in accordance with The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC)

    Projects that fall outside of the brokerage scope are considered “Consulting” projects and are not regulated by the FREC.
